The Aergo PS has responsive air cell technology combined with app control and a clinical web portal offering significant benefits to children in terms of improving their seating position, comfort, independence and ultimately their health.

With user assessment and under supervision, the Aergo PS can be used as a floorsitter.

 

Baseline positioning

Following an initial assessment of the client, Clinicians can set the appropriate air cell settings on the Aergo PS to suit the individual needs of each user to create and save their baseline position.

Fine tuning the seat surface

A Clinician can make adjustments to a client’s positioning on the Aergo PS in real-time using the clinical portal. This allows for changes in the posture and growth of the client from product ordering to final delivery.

Flexible care and communication

After setting an individual’s baseline position, a client (or their parent/carer) can then manage their own position using the Aergo PS app within the clinical parameters that have been set.

Monitor and review

The Aergo PS portal provides an insightful snapshot of user’s positioning and postural movement over time. This information can be helpful for Clinicians to track a client’s adherence to best practice.

Initial assessments indicate Aergo PS is particularly effective for children and young people with Muscular Dystrophy, Spinal Muscular Atrophy and Ataxic Cerebral Palsy.

However, we encourage you to assess children with a wide range of conditions that require postural support and responsive seating.

  • Remote monitoring

    Clinicians can use the secure and confidential PS Web Portal to easily set up, monitor and adjust the postural support levels of their client’s Aergo PS from anywhere.

  • Scheduling appointments

    Review appointments can be efficiently scheduled and delivered via the Web Portal, providing a very similar experience to a video call and helping Clinicians deliver the very highest levels of continuous care.

  • Appointment summary

    The Web Portal appointment summary can be used to record notes, adjustments made and advice given so Clinicians can manage the postural seating needs of their client and observe changes over time.
